a) the illustration you send us
b) the title of the work
c) a caption explaining the context of the illustration
c) the source or publication in which the illustration appears (if published)
d) the name of the artist,
e) the medium used in producing the work
f) the link to your website
g) a paypal 'donate' button for visitors who want to support you in your work. Again for this feature you will need a paypal merchant account and will then simply have to copy the paypal html text into the appropriate box in the form below.

- we will include information about you in our Bibliovista News and mention your work in publicity material promoting the website whenever possible.

Please accept that when you submit the form below you are confirming that:
a) you, or the company you represent, own the rights to the work,
b) the work is an original work,
c) the work is neither libelous, pornographic, or produced with the intention of inciting hatred,
d) the work is no more than 1mb in size,
e) you are granting us permission to publish the picture on the bibliovista website for one year only.
Please note that you are welcome to withdraw the piece at any time: simply inform us by email. However, we regret that we cannot offer a refund of the publication fee in that event but your subscription will be cancelled thereafter.
f)please accept that we may have to refuse publication should we feel that the picture is unsuitable. In that event, your publication fee will be fully refunded and your subscription cancelled.
g) all submissions are carefully checked and it may take a week to publish your picture.
